1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@ringtopic.xyz with a photo of the damaged product and your order details.
